In this, his inaugural reading since appointment as the new Poet Laureate of West Virginia, Harshman will present a reading of his poems drawing from each of his three previous chapbooks, as well as from more recent work. He will also reflect upon the rich legacies of Louise McNeill and Irene McKinney, the Laureates who most immediately preceded him.
